How to Install python-pyxid software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

python-pyxid software package provides interface for Cedrus XID and StimTracker devices, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install python-pyxid

python-pyxid is installed in your system.

Make ensure the python-pyxid package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep python-pyxid *

You will get with python-pyxid package name, version, architecture and description in a table
